Good location quite close to the main Beach Road. Special atmosphere. - Short walk to many eating outlets. - Nice breakfast with lots of delicacies. - Amicable staff.

Great stay, as always. Quiet hotel in a shopping area just next door to Central Pattaya, the main shopping area, which is a short walk away and main Beach Road. Huge and neat room, with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

We loved it here, everything was great. the room was spacious and lovely, and it had balconies. the amenities were good and there was even a bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛁.

I liked my stay here & recommend it. Enjoyable base for weekend in Pattaya.

The location of the hotel was out of the way and somewhat difficult to find.

Our room at Pattaya Loft was perfectly clean and equipped with a balcony, good amenities, and a bathtub. the atmosphere at the hotel was SPECIAL. - the venue is centrally located near the main shopping area and prime areas of Pattaya, including the police station.

Good and a clean hotel. Recommed highly for everyone travelling with family. Hotel staff needs to to be a little more helpful and give correct information to guests. We wasted our first full evening in Pattaya and had to go to bed without dinner because the hotel staff told us that everything closes down in Pattaya after 9:00 pm.

The room very large and quite clean. Breakfast was very good.

The location was not good. No travel desk at the hotel. Reception staff should improve a bit on English.

The location of this place is very convenient, as it is close to all the attractions and the beach.

The hotel was great it was quite staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. would recommend and would stay again. a little bit out of the way if you like the night life

The tv was a little old could do with plasma tv.

I like Citin Loft, as it has a very good shuttle Bus Service to 2nd Street near Tops Supermarket. The Shuttle Bus was available all the times, it was just stand by outside. If you want to go back after a day of shopping or island hopping, what you need is make a call to Citin Loft, they will send the bus to Tops to take you. The room was big enough for our family. The staff are helpful and always have smile on their faces. It was a good experience for us to stay in it.

I think Citin Loft has to improve their swimming pool, it is just for decoration as it locate in the carpark G/F and cover by the building, no sun at all. The bath tube is not so clean as well as the bed cover.

This place was great and quite tidy, had a nice view of the city 🌆.

Clean comfortable hotel which is located in a quiet side street just off Pattaya Klang (Central Pattaya). Approx 10 minutes walk to beach and close to many of the bars and nightlife of Pattaya.

The staff was friendly and the chef was so helpfull and friendly and the food was great. The family room was lovely - huge rooms. Will recommend hotel to all families. Thank you Citin for great services.
